Bag Guarantee
Delta owes you 2,500 miles when a checked bag takes longer than 20 minutes to reach the carousel — but the claim form is a laptop form and the clock is short. This page holds everything it asks for, so at the carousel you only tap.
Claim deadline
Start the clock the moment you reach the gate, and this tells you how long the two-hour window has left.

Fill Delta's form
In Delta's own field order. Tap a value here, then paste it there — the long-press paste menu works on every one of their inputs, which is the part that survives on a phone.

Before you file
- The bag took more than 20 minutes from gate arrival to the claim belt.
- Domestic flight inside the 50 states or Puerto Rico.
- The final leg was marketed and operated by Delta or Delta Connection.
- You were a SkyMiles member at the time of travel, and the number was on the reservation.
- Not an oversize, overweight, or special item.
- One claim per passenger per direction — outbound and return are filed separately.
The form looks dead on my phone
If the fields never appear, the cause is almost certainly a blocker rather
than the phone. Delta installs TrackJS as an Angular startup task and never
checks whether the script actually loaded, so when the agent is unreachable
that task throws TrackJS is not defined, bootstrap is
abandoned, and the whole form fails to render.
Only one host matters. cdn.trackjs.com serves the agent that
defines the global, and blocking it is what takes the form down.
capture.trackjs.com and usage.trackjs.com are
only where TrackJS sends what it collects — blocking those costs a failed
beacon and nothing else.
Blocking at DNS — NextDNS, Pi-hole, AdGuard Home — hits
every browser on the device at once, which is the version of this that
looks like the phone itself being broken. Allow
cdn.trackjs.com and leave the other two blocked.
Blocking in the browser — Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection blocks the same host: tap the shield on delta.com and turn protection off for that site. On iPhone, check for a content blocker under the page-settings button in Safari's address bar.
How long do I actually have?
Delta's page says to file within two hours of arrival, and the terms repeat it, so the clock above counts two hours. Their form itself is looser: the date dropdown offers today and the three days before it. If you are past two hours and still inside three days, the claim can still be submitted — the worst case is that it is declined, and nothing is lost by trying.
Do I have to fight the city autocomplete?
No. Those two fields accept exactly three letters, so type the airport code and move on. If Delta's dropdown appears, tapping the matching airport is fine too — it sets the same three letters.
Where does my information go?
Nowhere. This page has no server behind it. Your name, SkyMiles number, and last route sit in this browser's local storage on this device, so a claim at the next carousel starts already filled. Clearing the site data forgets all of it.
